Eurobuild Awards
The 15th Eurobuild Awards Gala brought 2025 to a positive close for the real estate market. All the major players in the industry were assembled once again in the biggest ballroom in Poland at the DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw hotel to toast those who had made the greatest contributions to the market over the previous twelve months while making their own contributions to good causes – and, of course, enjoying the dinner and the show!
The event was hosted by TV presenter Mateusz Hładki together with Eurobuild’s editor Nathan North and Eurobuild Conferences director Anna Pelczarska. A total of 26 awards were presented during the dinner to recognise the most significant deals in Poland and the CEE region as well as the most impressive teams and projects. Along with the accolades chosen by the jury of over 250 experts and market players, there were also two Popular Choice Awards voted on during the Gala by the guests themselves: the Real Estate Personality of the Year, which went to Marek Noetzel, the chief operating officer of Nepi Rockcastle, following some spectacular deals by the company; and the Non-Business Achievement of the Year, which the guests decided should go to the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation for its work in promoting Poland, mentoring young talent, and its many other social and charitable activities.
