Jan Kratochvíl

Jan Kratochvíl has joined the office agency team as an associate and will be in charge of representing tenants. He has worked in commercial real estate for more than 18 years. Over the course of his career, he has held such positions as the head of office agency at Knight Frank, associate director at CBRE and head of commercial real estate at Cimex Invest. His achievements include leasing the City West B1 building in Prague 5 and organising its sale. He has represented major companies seeking premises for their headquarters in Prague including Hewlett Packard, Komerční banka, Clearstream and Cetelem. Jan graduated in education from the University of Hradec Králové. He runs half-marathons and enjoys travelling.
