Investment group NASA Capital has completed its first real estate acquisition in Poland, purchasing the Jerozolimskie Business Park office complex in Warsaw for approximately EUR 30 mln. The acquisition was made through a FIZAN investment fund managed by IPOPEMA TFI.

CEVA Logistics extends Zalando partnership through to 2030

Third-party logistics provider CEVA Logistics has extended its partnership with online fashion platform Zalando to support its European operations. The new agreements, which will run until at least 2030, cover fulfilment centres, returns processing facilities and inbound logistics operations across Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.

JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament on August 6th

On 6 August, the 15th JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament for the Real Estate Industry will take place at Warsaw's Monta Beach Volley Club. Eurobuild CEE is the event's media partner. Orlen Group has finalised the purchase of a hybrid renewable energy farm project with a total capacity of 216 MW in Kazimierz Biskupi in Wielkopolska. The complex, combining solar and wind power, will generate around 315 Gwh of electricity, meeting the needs of almost 143,000 households.
