Apartment sales launched for Sosnowa Vita

Develia has launched apartment sales for its Sosnowa Vita project in Józefów, near Warsaw. The development will comprise 162 apartments ranging from 33 sqm to 108 sqm, as well as six commercial units. Prices start at PLN 13,850 per sqm.

Prague moves into top 10 for hotel investment

More than 90 pct of European investors plan to maintain or increase their investment in hotel real estate in 2026, according to the latest CBRE survey. Prague has moved into the top 10 European cities for hotel investment, sharing seventh place with Copenhagen, Rome, Geneva and Athens.

Poland attracts EUR 3.06 bln in commercial real estate investment in H1

Poland’s commercial real estate market attracted EUR 3.06 bln in investment in the first half of 2026, up 72 pct from a year earlier. According to Colliers’ 'Market Insights H1 2026' report, Poland was once again the largest investment market in Central and Eastern Europe, accounting for more than half of the region’s total investment volume.

With occupier demand increasingly focused on prime, well-located buildings, Warsaw’s office market is becoming more selective. Around Rondo Daszyńskiego, one of the city’s most established business locations, this trend is particularly visible. Harden Construction completes Hall A at Panattoni Park Warsaw North III

Construction of Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Nadma near Warsaw has been completed. Harden Construction, the general contractor, has completed Hall A, which has almost 15,800 sqm of space. An occupancy permit has already been granted. The complex occupies a site of more than 121,000 sqm.

Czech Republic Mint rezidenční fond buys 306 apartments in Prague

Mint rezidenční fond, which operates in the private rented sector (PRS), has bought 306 new apartments from developer Metrostav Development at the Vysočanský mlýn complex in Prague. The building has 11,500 sqm of floor space. The deal takes Mint’s total number of apartments in the complex to 547, more than half the total number of apartments in the complex.

Colliers has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Katowice Business Point, an office building owned by Adventum. The agency will handle the leasing of nearly 16,900 sqm of office space.

Poland Lidl joins Refield and RGL retail park in Środa Wielkopolska

Refield and RGL have signed leases totalling 3,500 sqm for space in a planned retail park in Środa Wielkopolska, with Lidl joining the project as its anchor grocery tenant. The park will have around 18,000 sqm of retail space, with the investors targeting 80 pct occupancy by the end of 2026.
