GDDKiA opens offers for two roads
POLAND The Poznań branch of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has received 16 offers to construct a 5 km section of Poznań’s western ring road.
Mostostal Zabrze will not build Łódź stadium
POLAND Mostostal Zabrze-Holding and the official receiver of Katowickie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Budus have terminated their contract with the city of Łódź to design and construct a sports stadium and sports hall on al. Unii Lubelskiej.
Colliers predicts 630,000 sqm of new office stock in 2013
POLAND Around 630,000 sqm of office space is to come onto the market in 2013, according to Colliers International. In Warsaw alone, new supply should amount to 320,000 sqm in projects located mainly outside the city centre (in Mokotów, Włochy and Wola districts).
Spanish brands in Nova Park

Olecko ring road opens

Three tenants come to Outlet Białystok

No formal obstacles for Nowy Sezam
POLAND The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw has dismissed the objection of the Moniuszki 10 housing community to the Nowy Sezam project on ul. Marszałkowska in Warsaw, allowing the developer BBI Development to apply for a building permit.

POLAND According to the domy.pl portal, the Apartment Price Index (ICM) for the secondary market came to 847.6 points in January, a 1.2 point decrease on December last year.
