Poland Frontex stays on in Warsaw Spire
The European Border and Coast Guard Agency has decided to extend its lease for nearly 21,500 sqm of space in CA Immo's Warsaw Spire B building. The largest tenant in the company's Polish portfolio will remain in the Warsaw complex for another three years.

Poland Ratrusto enters CTPark Zabrze
Ratrusto has leased nearly 1,800 sqm at CTPark Zabrze, where it will launch its first manufacturing plant facility. The tenant has leased over 1,500 sqm of industrial space and 250 sqm of offices in the ZABR02 building.

Redkom Development has completed the sale of a 2,300 sqm cross-dock logistics centre in Olsztyn. The buyer is a member of the Epsicap REIM Group.

Poland Jantar sold
Czech investment group SCF, together with its partners, has completed the purchase of the Jantar shopping centre in Słupsk, Poland. With a leasable area of 44,000 sqm, it is the largest shopping centre in the Central Pomerania region. The seller was CBRE Investment Management, a global real asset investment manager.

Poland DHL to build next to Katowice Airport
DHL Express Polska and Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. have signed an agreement to build a new DHL Express cargo terminal directly adjacent to Katowice Airport.

Poland Two leases signed for Galeria Awangarda
Focus Estate Fund has extended its lease agreements with Pepco and Deichmann for space in the Galeria Awangarda shopping centre in Bartoszyce. Pepco occupies around 540 sqm, and Deichmann occupies 450 sqm.

Poland Wrocław space up by 9 pct
According to the 'Market in Minutes - Wrocław. Industrial and Logistics Market' report, the city remains one of the key logistics hubs in Central Europe. At the end of 2025, the region's total modern space stock reached 4.59 mln sqm, a 9 pct increase on the previous year.

Poland ULI releases New Urban Poland report
The Urban Land Institute Poland has published the ‘New Urban Poland’. Using 14 projects from Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Wrocław, the publication demonstrates how former industrial city centre areas have been transformed into places with housing, work, entertainment, restaurants, services, and public space.

For decades, the eastern bank side of Warsaw's has been in the shadow of the rest of the city. According to Cushman & Wakefield's latest report, 'Focus on Warsaw East: The City's Hidden Potential,' the districts on the eastern side of the Vistula are becoming one of the hottest development areas in the city.

Poland Rents rising in Warsaw
The Warsaw office market entered 2026 with a shortage of modern space. Although over 40,000 sqm of new and modernised offices entered the market in the first quarter, according to JLL this was only a short-term boost. In the coming months, the market will experience a near-complete slowdown in new supply, which will further fuel rent rises.

Romania Offices dominate in Romania
The Romanian market recorded a total transaction volume of around EUR 152 mln in the first quarter of 2026, amid investor caution and selective activity, according to a report by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas Real Estate alliance. The office sector dominated the market, accounting for 89 pct of the total transaction volume.

Latvia Two sales for Eastnine
Eastnine has signed an agreed to sell two properties in Riga, for EUR 38 mln, which corresponds to their book value. The buyer is Indexo Real Estate Fund, managed by Provendi Asset Management.

The Central Communication Port (CPK) has selected the general contract engineer for the new national airport as part of the Port Polska programme. The winning bid of PLN 1.59 bln was submitted by a consortium led by Hill International.
