FRANCE Greetings from day three of MIPIM!
On a very busy second day of the MIPIM in Cannes, Eurobuild CEE and MDDP held their MIPIM lunch at the La Plage du Festival beach restaurant on the resort's Croissette boulevard. This was followed by Eurobuild's second big event, this time at the Palais des Festivals: the 'Why Poland Now? How Polish Cities Compete for Capital in the CEE Investment Cycle' discussion panel.

Investment in the retail real estate sector across Europe saw its first rise in five years in 2025. According to the 'European Grocery Report 2026,' by Savills, transaction volume increased by 16 pct year-on-year, reaching EUR 6.1 bln.

Hungary Alkotás Point under modernisation
The first stage of the modernisation of the Alkotás Point office building in Budapest has been completed. The property is part of the Torony fund portfolio, managed by Gránit Asset Management. The work included a technical upgrade of the building and the renovation of the common areas.

CEE region CEE ready for the rebound

The increase reflects stronger activity from domestic and regional investors, highlighting the growing role of CEE markets within the European investment landscape.

MVGM Polska has extended its property management agreement with SICORE Real Assets. Under the renewed agreement, MVGM Polska will continue to provide comprehensive property management services for three class A office buildings in Warsaw and logistics properties in Poznań and Wrocław, with a total gla of 133,000 sqm.
