Poland Warsaw office market picks up pace as vacancy falls to 8.5 pct.
Warsaw's office market headed into the second half of 2026 with falling vacancy rates and strong leasing activity. By the end of the first half of the year, the vacancy rate had dropped to 8.5 pct., according to the latest CBRE data.

Poland Enea to occupy 11,700 sqm in Business Garden Poznań
The Enea Group has extended its lease agreement and expanded the workspace occupied in the Business Garden Poznań development by Vastint. Departments from the group's various companies, previously working in multiple places, will be consolidated in one location. In total, the Enea Group will occupy 11,700 sqm of office space – marking it the largest office transaction in the Poznań market so far this year.

International legal and tax advisory Fieldfisher has leased the entire ninth floor of the Studio A office building in Warsaw, which is owned by Stena Real Estate.

Poland Strabag to build for Wrocław Airport
Wrocław Airport is to construct a terminal to serve passengers travelling outside the Schengen Area. The project. which is being developed in an investment of PLN 15.4 mln, will increase the airport's capacity, improve passenger traffic management, and maintain a high level of comfort until the expansion of the main terminal is completed. Strabag is the contractor for the project, and the work is to be completed by April 30, 2027.

Czech Republic Gridarch completes centre for BMW
Developer Gridarch has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov. Three new industrial buildings including office space with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will be used by BMW Group as its overseas logistics distribution centre.

Germany CA Immo signs lease for 1,500 sqm
CA Immo has signed a long-term lease for a total of around 1,500 sqm in the Cielo at Kasernenstrasse 67 in Düsseldorf. The new tenant is Curacon.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published figures on office market in Warsaw for Q2 2026. As of the end of June 2026, total modern office stock in Warsaw accounted for almost 6,236,400 sqm.

POLAND Senate votes to standardise house price reporting
The Polish Senate has passed an amendment to the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Purchasers of Residential Units and Single-Family Homes and to the Developer Guarantee Fund. The new regulations do not change the obligation to publish the prices of homes on investment websites, but introduce a uniform method for submitting this data to the state portal dane.gov.pl.
