Expo Real kicks off on Monday in Munich, and Eurobuild CEE is the media sponsor for one of the top discussions on the first day: ‘High Speed Connectivity: Shaping the Next Generation of Metropolises’. Poland Tenant mix expands in Focus
Focus Bydgoszcz has added several new tenants in recent weeks, with 21 openings planned at the centre in 2026. Occupancy currently stands at 99 pct. New arrivals include a second Apart store, Komputronik, WOKy by Thai Wok, Beverly Hills Polo Club, TOUS and Shock Price.

Poland Panattoni builds for Copco
Panattoni has started construction of a manufacturing facility for Atlas Copco Group in Okmiany, Lower Silesia. The BTS plant will provide around 5,600 sqm of space.

Poland Compensa leases around 500 sqm in DL Craft
Compensa, part of Vienna Insurance Group, has leased around 500 sqm at the DL Craft complex in Katowice. The lease agreement with DL Invest Group was signed on 31 August 2026.

Poland Polish investors turn to commercial property
Polish investors are increasingly putting capital into the domestic commercial property market, with logistics and warehouse facilities, smaller office buildings and hotels attracting particular interest, according to Baker McKenzie experts.

Poland Marino now upgraded
Marino shopping centre in Wrocław has completed a major modernisation. The 20,000 sqm centre, which has been operating since 1993, remained open to customers throughout the works. The redevelopment was designed by RB Group.

Poland is increasingly becoming more than just a sales market for foreign e-commerce companies. It is also becoming a logistics base from which businesses can serve customers in several European countries. Fulfilio’s 'Poland as an E-Commerce Base' report identifies 10 markets where companies are looking at Poland as a place to hold inventory and expand further across Europe.

Poland Ghelamco sells Warsaw’s The Bridge to Eastnine for EUR 285 mln
Ghelamco has finalised the sale of The Bridge, its Warsaw office complex, to Swedish investment company Eastnine for EUR 285 mln. The transaction ranks among the largest completed on Poland’s commercial real estate market in recent years. Colliers and JLL advised Ghelamco on the sale.

Poland Segro completes new building in Ożarów Mazowiecki
Segro has completed building L at Segro Park Warsaw, Ożarów 2. The 15,600 sqm warehouse and production building is fully leased. Construction is also under way on another building, which will add 21,600 sqm of warehouse and production space.

Polska Mieszko takes 700 sqm at Jerozolimskie Business Park
NASA Capital has signed a long-term lease with Mieszko, a Polish confectionery manufacturer. The company will take around 700 sqm at Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw, taking occupancy at the complex to 95%.

Poland Retrofitting costs come into focus
Rising energy costs, changing regulations, tenant expectations and the need to protect property values are forcing owners of older office buildings to consider their next steps. A new report by Gleeds Polska and the Polish Council of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) looks at the cost of different retrofit options and the energy savings they could deliver.

Romania Hotspot launches premium office concept in Bucharest
Hotspot is expanding in Bucharest with Hotspot Exclusive, a new premium serviced office concept at One Tower, part of the One Floreasca City development. The new location will cover more than 1,400 sqm and will be Hotspot’s third site in the city.

Poland ShockPrice to open in M Park
M Park Konstantynów Łódzki has filled its core tenant line-up. ShockPrice, part of MODIVO PLATFORM, will open its first store in the Łódź area at the new retail park. The store will cover more than 1,800 sqm.

Poland SUUS expands Olsztyn branch
Rohlig SUUS Logistics has expanded its Olsztyn warehouse by more than 30%, to around 2,300 sqm. The operator has also opened a customs clearance facility and plans to add a customs warehouse.

Gránit Asset Management is expanding the Zone Retail Park in Budakeszi with a new 4,293sqm retail building. The 15,858sqm site is next to the existing retail park, with completion planned for Q4 2027.
