GK Specjał has expanded its presence in the MLP Poznań logistics centre with the lease of an additional 6,400 sqm of warehouse space, including cold storage and freezers.
At the same time, the company has extended its existing lease agreement, covering over 15,000 sqm of warehousing and over 760 sqm of offices. This brings the total area occupied by Specjał in the complex to over 22,000 sqm, while the company's branch that once operated in Śrem, has relocated to the new location. Newmark Polska represented the client in the negotiations.
