RUSSIA Residential developer Etalon Group has released its results for 2012. The company acquired 883,000 sqm of net saleable area in four projects in the Moscow metropolitan area and St Petersburg.
Industrial space tops 4.1 mln sqm
CZECH REPUBLIC The Industrial Research Forum has released its market figures for Q4 2012. According to its data, the total stock of modern class ‘A’ warehouse and industrial space in the Czech Republic currently stands at 4.113 mln sqm.

Cosmopolitan topped out
