Luxury apartments becoming pricier
POLAND A total of 800 luxury apartments with prices of between PLN 11,000 and PLN 12,000 per sqm were sold in Warsaw in 2016 with 400 similar apartments sold in the previous year, according to figures from Reas.

POLAND Clothing retail group LPP’s consolidated sales revenue for March 2017 amounted to app. PLN 466 mln – 12 pct higher than the revenue generated in March 2016. Its estimated gross margin was app. 60 pct – 8 percentage points higher than in the same month the previous year.
