POLAND In 2016 Poland’s total retail floor space was set to increase to 11.26 mln sqm. According to the ‘Poland Retail Market View Q4 2016’ report by CBRE, 17 new projects and 12 extensions, were to deliver around 390,000 sqm to the market, of which more than 280,000 sqm was scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2016.

POLAND On December 29th, discount clothing store chain Txm issued PLN 20 mln worth of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange representing 8.8 pct of the voting rights in the company and 12 pct of the increased capital stock of the firm.
