Amazon to develop another huge centre in Poland
POLAND E-commerce giant Amazon is planning to develop its fifth fulfilment centre in Poland. The facility featuring 135,000 sqm it to be built by Panattoni at ul.Innowacyjna in Sosnowiec in the region of Upper Silesia in the vicinity of the already existing facilities, Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I and II. The completion is scheduled for October 2017.

HUNGARY IT Services Hungary, the largest ICT employer of Hungary, has leased 17,300 sqm in the second phase of the Mill Park office project in the 9th district of Budapest. The tenant is to occupy the space in the second quarter of 2018. `

Loan for skyscraper in Szczecin
POLAND Alior Bank is to provide a loan for the construction of Hanza Tower in Szczecin. The loan of PLN 138.8 mln (plus PLN 3 mln for VAT) will be used to finance and refinance the expenditure related to the project.
