POLAND Dekpol is finishing the construction of a three-storey hotel on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk. The company has reported that the work is over 95-pct complete, the investor is submitting acceptance documents to appropriate bodies and the facility should acquire an occupancy permit soon.

POLAND Atal has marketed the second stage of the Atal Nowe Żerniki project. This part of the building will involve the construction of seven buildings which will include 218 apartments and 14 service outlets.
Marvipol and Panattoni have a loan
POLAND PDC Industrial Center 60 – an SPV company of Marvipol and Panattoni – has obtained a loan for a warehouse project in Warsaw. The loan for the construction of a logistic and warehouse centre was provided by MBank. It consists of a construction loan of EUR 26.8 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value), an investment loan of up to EUR 29 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value) and a VAT loan of up to PLN 20 mln.

POLAND The construction of the Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre is on schedule and it is entering the next stage. Work related to the finishing of the building is currently in progress. The developer of the facility, Gemini Holding, is planning to open the centre in autumn 2017.
