Slovaks to invest EUR 60 mln in Polish ski resort
POLAND Slovak company Tatry mountain resorts is planning to invest over EUR 60 mln in the Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski ski resort in the Beskid Śląski mountains of southern Poland.

Warimpex sells CEE hotel portfolio
CEE REGION Warimpex has sold a portfolio of eight hotels in the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania to the Thai investor U City. The portfolio comprises app. 50 percent of Warimpex's total real estate assets and has a property value of app. EUR 180 mln (excluding 50 pct stakes of UBM in two of the sold hotels in that portfolio).

Dzintari concert hall renewed
LATVIA By solemn handing over of the key of small (indoor) hall of Dzintari concert hall, received by the chairman of the board of the construction company RE&RE Ainārs Pauniņš in 2012, back to the mayor of Jūrmala Gatis Truksnis, the large-scale restoration and reconstruction works of the historical building have been completed.

POLAND Tadeusz Gołębiewski, an owner of a chain of hotels, signed a notarial deed and formally became the owner of a plot with an area of nearly 30-ha in Pobierowo.

Carrefour to prolong 200 contracts
POLAND Carrefour, the owner and manager of a chain of 20 shopping centres, signed more than 280 leases last year concerning a total area of nearly 40,000 sqm. This year the company announces the extension of the following 200 contracts concerning a total area of over 24,000 sqm.
