Poland’s office supply breaks records
POLAND About 800,000 sqm of office space was completed in 2016 in Poland, which according to JLL is the largest amount of space ever delivered to the Polish office market.
Etalon sees 22 pct sales increase
RUSSIA Etalon Group sold 9,590 apartments in 2016, which represents a 22 pct increase y-o-y.
Three records for Dom Development
POLAND In 2016 Dom Development sold a 2,735 apartments representing a 15 pct rise on the 2,382 apartments sold in the previous year. In Q4 this year the developer sold 717 apartments, which is a quarterly record.
Echo sees 60 pct growth
POLAND Echo Investment sold a total of 925 apartments in 2016. The company, which is attempting to become the market leader of all the sectors in which it operates, began the construction of about 1,500 apartments in 2017.
Dom Development negotiates for Euro Styl
POLAND Dom Development has been granted exclusivity in the negotiations to purchase residential section of the Euro Styl group until the end of June 2016.

POLAND Ronson Development has recorded the best results in its history for Q4 2016 with 275 apartments sold representing an 11 pct rise on the same period of 2015.
