POLAND Wrocławskie Inwestycje has announced a tender procedure concerning the modernization of a municipal building on ul. Hubska. It is meant to be a model facility which will be based on the latest ecological construction standards. It concerns the redevelopment of a complex of two warehouse and office buildings which are located at ul. Hubska 8-16.

POLAND Work related to the construction of a two-storey underground car park in A building of the Podium Park office complex in Kraków is in progress. The construction of the complex at the junction of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego started in September 2016, the redevelopment of the technical network and infrastructure as well as the construction of diaphragm walls finished in November.

Marvipol and Panattoni have a loan
POLAND PDC Industrial Center 60 – an SPV company of Marvipol and Panattoni – has obtained a loan for a warehouse project in Warsaw. The loan for the construction of a logistic and warehouse centre was provided by MBank. It consists of a construction loan of EUR 26.8 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value), an investment loan of up to EUR 29 mln (or 70 pct of the property’s market value) and a VAT loan of up to PLN 20 mln.

Next stage of Gemini Park Tychy
POLAND The construction of the Gemini Park Tychy shopping centre is on schedule and it is entering the next stage. Work related to the finishing of the building is currently in progress. The developer of the facility, Gemini Holding, is planning to open the centre in autumn 2017.
