CPI Property takes over eleven properties across CEE
POLAND/CZECH REPUBLIC/HUNGARY/ROMANIA CBRE Global Investors has completed its planned sale of an 11 property portfolio mostly made up of shopping centres located in the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary to CPI Property Group for around EUR 650 mln.

Royal Wilanów now full

Gdańsk Museum now open
POLAND On 23rd March the official opening took place of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, which was built by a consortium led by Warbud with Hochtief Polska and Hochtief Solutions.

DTA prolongs lease and takes up additional space adds in Pruszków
POLAND Logistics company DTA has prolonged its lease for 4,000 sqm of warehouse space in MLP Pruszków I and has also leased an additional 2,300 sqm.

Botanika to double in size
POLAND UWI Inwestycje has started the construction of two further stages of the Botanika estate in Poznań’s Piątkowo district. The handover is planned for Q3 2018.

POLAND The Regional Environmental Protection Director in Warsaw has issued a decision which sets the construction and determines development conditions regarding 190-metre skyscraper at ul. Srebrna 16 in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Atrium hit by Russian rent falls
EUROPE Atrium European Real Estate has recorded a net rental income of EUR 188,8 mln for 2016, which compares with EUR 197 mln for 2015. The company saw EUR 5.9 mln less income or a 15 pct fall in Russia.

AstraZeneca grows in Postępu 14
POLAND Pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca has renewed its lease of nearly 7,000 sqm and taken an additional 6,200 sqm in the Postępu 14 office building in Warsaw developed by HB Reavis.
