ROMANIA Growthpoint Properties, a REIT listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, is to pay EUR 186.4 mln for an initial 26.9 pct stake in Globalworth Real Estate Investment, which is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
