UWI Inwestycje prepares Osiedle Botanika

POLAND Construction work will soon begin on the Osiedle Botanika estate in Poznań.
The developer UWI Inwestycje has not chosen the general contractor yet. The first stage is to be finished by early 2015 and is to include two buildings with app. 160 apartments that range in size from 26 to 130 sqm The developer is offering the possibility of combining two adjacent apartments, so ultimately there could possibly be fewer units.
