Robyg plans next projects

POLAND In 2013 Robyg is planning to start construction work on 1,300 apartments and to complete the construction of app. 1,000 residential units.
The company has received the green light from shareholders to buy more land for residential projects, while it is also to continue with its projects in Warsaw’s Miasteczko Wilanów. It is currently negotiating with those developers which invested in Wilanów plots during the boom but now wish to sell. Robyg is looking to buy a 14 ha plot from an Spanish developer where 700 to 800 apartments could be built. This developer might possibly be Realia, Sando or Acciona which owns a plot on al. Rzec
