DS Smith Packaging enters Kraków Airport Logistics Centre

POLAND DS Smith Packaging has leased a 1,730 sqm warehouse with 200 sqm of office and social space in Kraków Airport Logistics Centre.
CBRE helped mediate the deal. The centre which was developed by Goodman, is now fully leased. The handover is planned for mid-July, before which Goodman will adapt the space to the customer’s requirements. Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is a joint venture between Goodman Group and the Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF). On completion the centre will comprise nine buildings with a leasable area of over 150,000 sqm. The first 14,000 sqm building was completed in June 2011 and is leased
