Advanced polymer manufacturer Rehau is to enter MLP Business Park Poznań with a lease of 4,100 sqm. The space includes around 2,900 sqm of warehouse space, 400 sqm of office and social space, and a 300 sqm showroom.

Bechtel, the general contractor for the construction of Poland's first nuclear power plant, as part of the Bechtel-Westinghouse consortium, has signed a contract with Doraco for construction work and support services for the next two stages of geological and geotechnical surveys.

Panattoni is to build a BTS project for food-distribution company Nagel-Group BTS project in Poznań in Panattoni Park Poznań East III. A total of 46,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space will be developed, with the development set to become Nagel-Group’s key centre in Poland.

Panattoni and Accolade have signed a new agreement with Sportano, one of the fastest growing Polish e-commerce platforms in the sports segment. The agreement covers the extension of the tenant's existing lease and an expansion by an additional 14,846 sqm, giving a total of 27,300 sqm at Panattoni Park Zielona Góra II. As a result, the park is now fully commercialised.

The Il Tramonto 2.0 restaurant has opened in the West Gate office building, part of the Globalworth portfolio. This is the brand's second Wrocław location. The 370 sqm restaurant is on the building's ground floor and has direct access to the street.
According to Colliers, the structural shortage of high-quality space will determine both rents and tenants' negotiating power in the Prague office market in the coming year.
Ford Polska has extended its lease agreement until 2031 for nearly 1,200 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Diuna, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. The company, as one of the first tenants of the complex, has been operating continuously at this location since February 2008.
mBank has decided to relocate its largest corporate branch in Lower Silesia to the Infinity office building on ul. Legnicka in Wrocław. The bank's office will occupy nearly 1,300 sqm on the fourth floor of the building, owned by Avestus Real Estate and Alchemy Properties.

The mixed-use Hila complex under development by Passerinvest Group, in Prague's Brumlovka district, is nearing completion. The 15-storey building will combine office, retail, and space, as well as a public transport terminal. Completion is scheduled for this year.

Ringier Axel Springer Polska has extended its lease with Trigranit for office space in the Signum Work Station complex on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw's Mokotów district for another four years. The company has operated continuously in the building since 2019, currently occupying nearly 12,000 sqm.
At the end of 2025, the Tricity's office stock came to more than 1.067 mln sqm. Despite a complete lack of new supply last year, demand remained stable at 113,800 sqm, resulting in a decline in the vacancy rate to 11.9 pct, according to figures from Savills.
GTC has signed two lease agreements for space in the Edison building – one of four properties that form the Korona Office complex in Kraków. Grupa Radiowa Agora will open an office in the building, while Alterga has extended its lease. Together, the two agreements cover nearly 1,700 sqm of office space.
