Fenix moves out of Galeria Jurajska

POLAND R&C Union, the owner the Sioux and Fenix restaurant brands as well as the Lizard King and Fever night clubs intends to terminate its lease in the Galeria Jurajska shopping centre in Częstochowa.

The company has informed us that it has sent the lessor GTC Galeria CTWA a statement declaring an immediate termination to the contract for its Fenix restaurant. The restaurant owner emphasizes that it had appealed to GTC Galeria CTWA on numerous occasions to stop infringing the terms of the lease. R&C Union runs eight restaurants under the Sioux brand and two under the Fenix brand. Since June 2008 the company has been listed on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Galeria Jurajska shopping centre belongs to Globe Trade Centre.
