P3 starts work on new hub for DHL

CZECH REPUBLIC PointPark Properties (P3) has started construction work on a 3,492 sqm logistics facility for international shipping company DHL Express, a division of Deutsche Post DHL, at its PointPark Prague D8 complex.
This comes shortly after P3 completed a similar-sized distribution hub for DHL Express at Bratislava Airport. Thomas Berliner of Deutsche Post Corporate Real Estate CEE commented: “The project at PointPark Prague D8 is very important for our future business growth. In P3 we have found an innovative business partner that was focused on high performance with the Bratislava airport project, which was crucial for our business.
