P3 starts work on new hub for DHL

CZECH REPUBLIC PointPark Properties (P3) has started construction work on a 3,492 sqm logistics facility for international shipping company DHL Express, a division of Deutsche Post DHL, at its PointPark Prague D8 complex.
This comes shortly after P3 completed a similar-sized distribution hub for DHL Express at Bratislava Airport. Thomas Berliner of Deutsche Post Corporate Real Estate CEE commented: “The project at PointPark Prague D8 is very important for our future business growth.
