Avia Park is to offer 231,000 sqm gla

RUSSIA The 510,000 gba Avia Park and the 277,000 sqm gba Columbus centres top the ranking of the largest malls in the pipeline on the Moscow market, according to retail consultancy Magazin Magazinov.
The largest centre, Avia Park, which is being developed by Amma Development with the opening scheduled for Q4 2014, is a four-storey building offering 231,000 sqm gla. The main tenants of the project, the construction of which started in November 2012, include Auchan, Hoff, Obi, Media Markt and Debenhams. It also has an entertainment centre with a 19-screen multiplex. Columbus, being developed by MIRS, comes second in the ranking with 140,000 sqm gla. Its opening is scheduled for Q4 2015. Vegas
