Trei Real Estate Poland has opened its 40th Vendo Park. The investment was created in Wrocław and has 5,000 sqm. Vendo Park Wrocław is the first facility under this banner in the capital of Lower Silesia. The retail park was built on a plot of approx. 15,000 sqm.

Construction work on a modern logistics property in Norderstedt has officially begun with a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony. Just a few kilometres north of Hamburg’s city limits, Garbe is developing a new building with a total area of 12,700 sqm. Completion is planned for the middle of next year.
MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with Langowski Logistics, a Polish logistics operator specialising in international container transport. The company will occupy a total of more than 5,600 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The new tenant can already use a 5,400 sqm warehouse hall. Approx. 250 sqm of social and office space is still in the pipeline, to be moved into in August 2025.
Mountpark has secured Alza, an online retailer in Central and Eastern Europe, as the first customer at Mountpark Bratislava. Alza has leased a 65,000 sqm facility in Building A at the logistics park, construction of which commenced in October.

The centre will fully serve Tesco stores nationwide starting in March 2025.
