RUSSIA Freight services provider DMD Cargo has signed a purchase agreement with PNK Group for 22,000 sqm of BTS warehouse space, which is to be developed in the PNK-Bekasovo class ‘A+’ logistics complex in the Moscow region.
Construction work is to begin this quarter with the delivery planned for 2016. Knight Frank represented the landlord during the negotiations. PNK-Bekasovo will be located 49 km from the Moscow Ring Road, along the Kievskoye motorway. The warehouse complex is built on a 16 ha site and should eventually offer 128,000 sqm of warehousing space.
