Polish residential market flexes muscles

POLAND In Q2 2014, the residential developers in Poland have marketed a record number of apartments. Even though the sales remained strong, the number of the newly-offered units increased for the first time in two years, according to Reas. The record number marks the third strong consecutive quarterly growth.
In Q2 alone, over 14,000 new apartments were put up for sale across the country, up nearly 50 pct quarter-to-quarter.
