Work starts on Wrocław Business Garden

Business Garden Wrocław will be located on ul. Legnicka next to the Magnolia shopping centre, in the close vicinity of the Mikołajów railway station. The first phase of the 110,000 sqm business complex is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2016. It will be comprised of three office buildings with a total area of 37,000 sqm. The first of the three buildings will be constructed on the part of the plot adjacent to ul. Jaworska. Some of the planned floor was designated for retailers, a kindergarten and banking services providers. The project will provide eight office buildings in total, as well a hotel and conference centre. Apart from office, hotel, conference and retail space, the investor will build a garden stretching over the entire, 7 ha plot. It will include leisure and working spaces (with WiFi access) as well as a food court. The investor plans on applying for LEED Platinum certificate for all the buildings. The building’s design is the work of APA Wojciechowski. The project’s general constructor is set to be chosen by the end of the year. Business Garden Wrocław is Vastint’s third Polish project. The second phase of Vastint’s Warsaw project, Business Garden Warszawa, is planned to begin soon. Meanwhile, Business Garden Poznań, is scheduled to be completed at the beginning of 2015. The development and real estate investment company is part of Inter IKEA Property Division.
