Lithuanian flats in Romanian park

The project is being constructed on a 1.2 ha plot near Tineretului Park and will eventually comprise four residential buildings. The buildings will each have eleven storeys. Construction work on the first phase was completed in H1 2014. Another three blocks are to be built by 2017, but the second of these should be ready in 2015. The building construction is based on a foundation with pillars up to 15m in height supporting a structure designed to withstand earthquakes of up to 9 on Richter scale
