Warsaw office vacancies on the rise

Last year, over 276,900 sqm of new office space was delivered to the Warsaw market. Around 70 pct of the space provided was situated in the buildings located beyond Warsaw’s city centre, while most of space was developed in south west Warsaw (88,000 sqm), and around the city centre (61,000 sqm).
