P3 completes acquisition of CA Immo parks

POLAND/ROMANIA P3 has finalised its acquisition of CA Immobilien’s Polish and Romanian warehouse portfolio.

Take-up for office space in the largest regional cities (Kraków, Wrocław, Tricity, Katowice, Łódź, Szczecin and Lublin) reached 770,000 sqm in 2025, while new supply dropped to a record-low 20,000 sqm according to the 'Regional Office Markets 2025 report' by Axi Immo.
