POLAND/ROMANIA P3 has finalised its acquisition of CA Immobilien’s Polish and Romanian warehouse portfolio.
The transaction, which was originally announced last October, includes the 215,000 sqm Europolis Park Bucharest (with tenants such as eMag, Carrefour, Tibbett Logistics, Gebrüder Weiss and Interbrands), the 177,000 sqm Europolis Park Błonie near Warsaw (Bayer, IBM, Orange, Triumph and Allegro) and the 75,000 sqm Europolis Park Poland Central near Piotrków Trybunalski (Kühne & Nagel, FM Logistic and InPost).Ian Worboys, P3’s CEO, has commented: “We will continue to loo
