Skanska disposes of four Polish properties

POLAND Skanska has sold four office buildings in Poland to a fund managed by the Swedish fund manager Niam for EUR 160 mln.
The 63,000 sqm Skanska portfolio is comprised of two Kraków projects: Kapelanka 42 A and Axis, and two Katowice assets: Silesia Business Park's Building A and Building B. All properties are green certified. The over 18,000 sqm gla Kapelanka 42 A was completed in the fourth quarter of 2014, while the app. 21,000 Axis is set to be finished in Q4 2016. Silesia Business Park's Building A (12,000 sqm) was completed in the Q4 2014, and its Building B (also 12,000 sqm) is scheduled for completion in Q
