POLAND Family-owned company Henniger Investment is currently developing a residential and office complex in Kraków, which is to be built in twelve stages.
The ‘Mieszkaj w Mieście’ project will be situated at the junction of ul. Radzikowskiego and ul. Armii Krajowej in the city’s Bronowice district. The construction of the first stage started in May. The concept for the estate was designed by the Medusa Group architectural studio. It will comprise almost 2,200 apartments and 2,891 parking spaces (mostly located in underground car parks).
