POLAND In Q3 Ronson Development recorded net sales of 248 apartments (including withdrawals), beating its previous record result in Q2 2015, when 224 were bought.
Over the first three quarters of the year, the developer has sold 658 apartments. “Our sales results at the end of September indicate that 2015 will be record year for Ronson and its sales goal of 800 apartments for the entire year will be surpassed. In the last quarter we will put on sale the apartments in two more projects. In Wrocław we will launch a project in a new location, while sale will also start for the second stage of City Link in Warsaw’s Wola district, which has been enjoying
