POLAND The MLP Pruszków II logistic park is to become the headquarters of Aluflam Extrusion, part of a Dutch group that produces fire-resistant structures made of aluminium and glass.
The new tenant will lease 4,300 sqm of production and warehouse space and 200 sqm of offices. The nature of Aluflam’s operations requires the adaptation the building to meet its needs. “The agreement guarantees the tenant the provision of space adapted for production. We are very flexible in this respect and we adapt our buildings to the individual needs of our customers.
