New retail brands in Gdańsk mall

Knight Frank represented the landlord in the process of acquiring the brands and negotiating the terms and conditions of the leases. Wojas is to run a 167 sqm store in the property, Molton has already taken up 60 sqm while Wólczanka leased a 22 sqm unit. Located close to the Gdańsk old town, the 18,000 sqm Madison comprises over 100 stores and restaurants. The shopping centre’s owner is Madison Real Estate.
