Fields of housing blocks to spread in Bródno

POLAND Cieszyn-based developer Atal, is starting the first stage of its 800-apartment project in the Bródno area in Warsaw’s Tagrówek district. It will be located on a site formerly taken by a state-owned farm.
Called Nowy Targówek, the residential estate will be the first development project to be carried out on the recently acquired plots that used to belong to the state farm. The construction work has already started on the first stage of the project which will involve the construction of a block of 118 apartments. Their floor plans will range from 37 sqm to 108 sqm.
