ROMANIA Vastint has laid the cornerstone for the first stage of its Timpuri Noi Square mixed-use project in Bucharest.

The two-stage complex is planned to provide up to 100,000 sqm of office and retail space, with the first phase reaching a total of nearly 53,000 sqm. The project’s first two buildings are set to be commissioned for use at the beginning of 2017. Timpuri Noi Square is set to obtain the BREEAM green certification.
