RUSSIA Fashion House Group has started the second phase of Fashion House Outlet Centre Moscow, Russia’s first fully-enclosed outlet centre.
After the 4,500 sqm gla expansion, which will allow an additional 30 tenants to open, the centre will offer over 20,500 sqm of space in total. Total investment costs are to come to app. EUR 11 mln, which is to be fully financed with the company’s own equity. The opening of the second phase is scheduled for November 4th 2016.
