Ghelamco moves to flagship project

POLAND Belgian developer Ghelamco is relocating its Polish branch from Warsaw's Mokotów Nova to the Warsaw Spire office project it is carrying out in the Wola district.

The app. 100,000 sqm project is comprised of two 15-storey buildings (B and C) and a 49-storey 60,000 sqm tower (Building A). Ghelamco will take up 1,600 sqm of space on the Building A’s 41th floor in August 2016.

Planned to be completed in May 2016, Warsaw Spire is app. 70 pct leased by such tenants as JLL, Frontex, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Benefit Systems, Samsung, The Centre for EU Transport Projects ,Adecco Poland and Daftcode.
