Atlas Estates launches second stage of Apartamenty Krasińskiego

POLAND Atlas Estates has started to sell the apartments planned within the second stage of its Apartamenty Krasińskiego project which is being developed in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district.
Located at the junction of ul. Krasińskiego and ul. Przasnyska, the residential estate’s second stage will be comprised of a five-storey 123-apartment building. The Warsaw developer will offer apartments with floor plans ranging from 25 sqm to 108 sqm. Prices will start at PLN 8,000 per sqm.
