POLAND “The ten years of our operations in Poland show that we delivered an average warehouse area of app. 100,000 sqm per year. I think that we are able to maintain this pace,” announced Magdalena Szulc, the director at Segro Central Europe at a recent press conference.
The British developer currently has a warehouse area of app. 1.1 mln sqm in Poland and over 100,000 sqm in the Czech Republic. It has a total of 15 parks in nine locations with an estimated value of app. EUR 860 mln. “We are not planning any revolutionary changes when it comes to opening new locations.
