ROMANIA Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development have announced that the opening of the ParkLake shopping centre in Bucharest will take place on September 1st, 2016.
As the investor has highlighted, several new brands and retail concepts will debut on the Romanian market in ParkLake. These are to be Forever 21, Play Park, Lanidor and Lynne. The EUR 180 mln investment is currently over 97 pct leased. As well as 200 stores, the centre will also have 2,450 parking spaces and direct access by all major means of public transportation.
