POLAND London-based Benson Elliot & Sharow Capital fund has acquired three office assets for a total of EUR 50 mln.
The investors acquired the Opera Office building in Gdańsk, the Okąglak complex in Poznań and the Forum 76 building in Łódź. Opera office is a 7,200 sqm building developed by Euro Styl. The 8,000 sqm Okąglak complex in Poznań (which comprises two buildings: Okrąglak and Kwadraciak) was sold for app. EUR 17 mln. The last property acquired by the British fund was Forum 76 business Centre in Łódź developed by Virako. It offers 7,900 sqm of space with tenants that include: Deloitte, Airb
