Brits buy office buildings in Poland

The investors acquired the Opera Office building in Gdańsk, the Okąglak complex in Poznań and the Forum 76 building in Łódź. Opera office is a 7,200 sqm building developed by Euro Styl. The 8,000 sqm Okąglak complex in Poznań (which comprises two buildings: Okrąglak and Kwadraciak) was sold for app. EUR 17 mln.
