SLOVAKIA Prologis is planning to build a 21,140 sqm speculative warehouse at Prologis Park Bratislava.
The developer is aiming to “meet high demand from customers throughout the region,” the company has announced. The building, DC15, will be situated on a 22.6 ha plot that was acquired by Prologis in Q2 2016. It has a build-out potential of an additional 66,000 sqm. The land acquisition transaction was facilitated by Modesta Real Estate.
