Final stage of Osiedle Róż in Piaseczno

More than 20 pct of the 150 apartments in this stage have been sold. The work at ul. Jarząbka 8 is to be completed in Q4 2017. Two cascading buildings, one with from four to ten floors and the other with from five to ten floors. They will include 150 apartments with areas ranging from 28 to 77 sqm. They will mostly have two or three rooms but there will also be studios and four-room apartments. All the outlets will have a terrace, a balcony or a loggia and the apartments on the second floor will also have a grass-covered garden area. Prices per sqm range from PLN 4,900 to PLN 6,700. In the design even small two-room apartments have terraces of 70 sqm while three-room apartments have terraces of up to 170 sqm. The balconies and loggias are also of above-standard size – from 8 sqm to 11 sqm. “Osiedle Róż stands out from the cheap constructions that dominate the outskirts of large conurbations,” says Piotr Siwiec, the sales and marketing director at Prestige. “The use of large glass surfaces will make the new project’s apartments bright and providing them with natural lighting. The windows will be installed at a height of 50 cm from the floor and the apartments with terraces will include additional panoramic windows,” he says. Eleven service outlets are planned on the ground floor of the building and 180 parking spaces for residents as well as 35 spaces for guests are to be constructed in an underground car park. After the completion of the final stage the estate will have 1,200 apartments in ten buildings. The estate already includes a nursery school, a crèche, a language school, a medical centre, a dental clinic, some retail outlets and a fitness club.
