Split airport to be extended

Construction
CROATIA The contract to extend Split airport with a new passenger terminal was signed on December 6th.

Viaduct, Kamgrad and KFK Tehnika agreed to complete the construction work for over HRK 346 mln (app. EUR 46 mln) excluding VAT. The terminal designed by VV Projekt is to be extended by 35,000 sqm with arrivals and departures separated onto different floors and an automated baggage sorting system. The terminal is to be directly connected to a bus terminal via a footbridge crossing a major road. The work is to be completed by July 2019.
