POLAND REF Eastern Opportunities, a company that shares its personnel with Jeronimo Martins, has announced that in 2017 work is to start on a new 6,900 sqm office building that is to be part of the Zajezdnia Poznań complex.
A typical floor in the four-storey building will have 1,800 sqm and a one-level underground car park is also planned. Additional office space is to be developed in the historic buildings facing ul. Gajowa, which are to be revitalised. The project will eventually include residential, retail and service space as well as a revitalised historic tram depot, which is to be used to organise artistic and cultural events and will include cafés and restaurants.
