SERBIA AFI plans to build its EUR 200 mln Skyline Belgrade project, which will provide 68,000 sqm of office and residential space in Belgrade, report local media.

The first phase is expected to be completed around the beginning of 2020 with construction work planned to begin mid-year 2017. Architect Ami Moore has designed three towers, two of which will be residential with 17 and 22 storeys, while the central office building is to be 28 storeys tall (129m). The complex will also include a five-level underground car park.
