EUR 400 mln residential complex in Moscow

RUSSIA Gorn Development is starting the sales of apartments in the Neskuchny Home & Spa residential complex, which is under construction in south-western Moscow on the Third Ring Road. According to RIA Novosti, the investment costs for the project will come to app. RUB 25 bln (EUR 400 mln).

The complex is to comprise app. 190,000 sqm in five buildings ranging from 70 to 90 floors. On the 37th floor (at a height of app. 130m), a hanging bridge between two towers is planned, which will comprise a spa complex with swimming pools. Four stages of the construction are planned, the first of which should be completed in Q2 2019 and the final one in Q2 2022. Prices range from RUB 180,000 (EUR 2,900) to RUB 263,000 (EUR 4,250) per sqm.
