Factory re-branded in Wrocław

POLAND Via Outlet, the owner and manager of Factory Outlet Wrocław, has renamed the centre Wrocław Fashion Outlet.
New tenants have also opened in the outlet centre, including Puma (326 sqm), Giacomo Conti (143 sqm), Pako Lorente (125 sqm) and Mountain Warehouse (225 sqm). A Bestseller store has also undergone rebranding and now is called Only (220 sqm). Changes in the common areas of the centre are also planned. Tesco Technology, the Tesco Group's technology centre, has relocated its Kraków offices to the Unity Center, taking up five floors of the building.. The company has also announced it is to hire another 150 personnel, bringing its Kraków workforce up to around 500 people.

They want to check the quality of a product, are pressed for time, or have limited confidence in online shopping, states CBRE in its  'New Consumer, New Shopping Centers' study.
