CZECH REPUBLIC American tech giant Flextronics International (Flex) has prolonged its lease of 15,000 sqm in the Starzone Pardubice warehousing complex in Pardubice).
Flex was represented by JLL during the negotiations. Starzone comprises two class ‘A’ halls with a total area of 25,500 sqm.
