POLAND Kancelaria Brochocki has recently acted as the agent in the lease or sale of 10,000 sqm of commercial space in Warsaw and Wrocław.
Publishing house Medical Tribune moved to its new 1,100 sqm head office in the Irydion building on ul. Powązkowska 44c in Warsaw. A 430 sqm Falck Medycyna clinic will also now be located at the same address. Another lease also brokered by Brochocki was that of the My Vinci private primary school, which from September will be located on 1,100 sqm in a building at ul. Czerska 14 in the city’s Mokotów Dolny district. Meanwhile, Teatr Żydowski (Warsaw’s Jewish Theatre) has leased 670
