“The project will involve the construction of two seven-storey office buildings with two-level underground car parks and a one-storey pavilion with conference halls,” says Piotr Skweres, a senior project manager in Skanska, which is the general contractor. “We have already finished the security and ground work and we have built the foundation walls and the reinforced concrete structure at the -2 level. We are currently building the-1 level and the ground floor of the first office building.
