“Largest CEE logistics asset” sold to Chinese

SLOVAKIA Prologis Park Galanta-Gáň has been sold to state-owned Chinese entity CNIC Corporation for an undisclosed sum.
Prologis Park Galanta-Gáň comprises 240,000 sqm of class ‘A’ logistics space across in four fully-leased buildings as well as a 7,000 sqm BTS project under development for a plastics recycling logistics provider. The complex is located on the E571 road around 55 km east of Bratislava. Domestic investment grows stronger

In the third quarter of this year, EUR 0.8 bln was invested in Polish commercial real estate, of which over EUR 324 mln came from domestic investors, setting a new record high. Colliers also expects higher investment activity in 2026. Total investment volume in Poland since the beginning of the year totals EUR 2.6 bln, with Polish capital taking a  23 pct share. Taking into account ongoing transactions, Colliers predicts this to increase to EUR 4.5 bln by the end of the year.
